Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity / proprietor name of Amplifin Services — to be inserted] ("Amplifin Services," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit www.amplifin.in (the "Website") or otherwise interact with us. It is intended to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly — when you submit the Contact Us form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address (optional), the service(s) you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your financial goals. This is the only form on the Website that collects personal data directly.
- Information collected automatically — like most websites, we automatically receive some technical data when you browse the Website: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through Google Analytics (see §3 below).
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or payment card details through this Website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data described above to:
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact Us form
- Understand which services you're interested in so we can prepare relevant guidance before we speak with you
- Follow up about services you've asked about, where you've consented to be contacted
- Understand how visitors use the Website, so we can improve it (via aggregated, anonymised analytics)
- Protect the Website and our contact form from spam and abuse (via reCAPTCHA)
- Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use the information you submit through the contact form for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Cookies and Third-Party Services
The Website uses a small number of third-party services, each of which may set cookies or process limited data on their own servers, governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, general location, device type) to help us understand how the Website is used. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google reCAPTCHA — used on the Contact Us form to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam/bots. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (device and application data) and send it to Google for analysis. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps — used to display typography and our office location. Loading these may share your IP address with Google as a technical requirement of the service.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though this may affect how parts of the Website (like the contact form or embedded map) function.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not share the personal data you submit through the Website with insurers, banks, mutual fund houses, NBFCs, or other Product Providers unless you've explicitly asked us to help you with a specific product and it's necessary to do so on your behalf. We may also disclose personal data:
- To our service providers who help us operate the Website (e.g. email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Where required by law, regulation, court order, or a competent government authority
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Amplifin Services, our clients, or others
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data submitted through the Contact Us form only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain a record of client communications for legal and regulatory purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see §7 below), subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain certain records.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through the Website against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a data principal under Indian law, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's being processed
- Correction and updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Erasure of your personal data, once it's no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for
- Withdraw consent at any time for any processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
- Grievance redressal — you may raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (§9) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in §9.
8. Children's Privacy
The Website and our services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
